Tate Gillman is a Media Supervisor at MullenLowe Mediahub in Boston, helping to lead the digital advertising efforts for Fortune 500 client, Ulta Beauty. Prior to Mediahub, she started her career at Graeper Marketing, a consulting firm specializing in marketing strategy, organizational design and program development for global technology entities. Her strategic vision and passion for media lead her to Havas Media where she was able to develop her expertise in digital media, both programmatic and direct publisher relationships, managing millions of dollars of advertising funds for clients like Tyson, McDonald’s, Remy Martin, Seagate and Titleist. With a strong foothold in media technology and analytics, she has participated in industry panels about the future of media technology for the Boston Interactive Media Association. Over the course of her four years at Havas, she was able to push the boundaries for her clients, giving them the tools, technology and innovative ideas to succeed in the ever-changing media landscape.
With an unwavering enthusiasm for understanding the intersection of tech and creativity, she joined the Ulta Beauty team at Mediahub, Adweek’s U.S. Media Agency of the Year, an agency built for challenger brands where creativity is at the core. Tate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Sociology and German from St. Lawrence University.
